Extensive experience in financial and capital markets, acting as advisor in transactions in different segments of the economy. Participates actively in drafting and developing structures and mechanisms to materialize operations, including debt, securitization, operations and organized financing or mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Leite is also involved in regulatory matters with financial institutions, investment
funds and managers. He represents clients in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Central Bank (BACEN) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários - CVM).
